Welcome to the BOCES Center for Adult and Community Services

Browse through our Spring / Summer Brochure and you can't help but notice that many of these courses are about jobs and careers. Each year thousands of people, in our communities, take BOCES courses to enrich their careers and their lives. Many improve their job skills, others pursue new interests, many improve their English or get ready for their GED exam and all of them have a goal; a better life for themselves and their families.

We respond to the requests of our students by adding new courses like "Baking and Pastry, Arts" and “Licensed Practical Nurse”, so we're sure you'll find a class to help you achieve your goal. Whether your goal is job related or personal, the BOCES course you select will be an excellent learning experience.

Welcome to the Southern Westchester BOCES community of adult learners. If we can help you choose the course that's right for you, give us a call. See you in class.

The mission of Southern Westchester BOCES is to collaborate with districts, agencies and communities to meet their educational challenges by providing regional leadership and cost-effective, high-quality services.

Southern Westchester BOCES hereby advises students, parents, employees and the general public that it offers employment and educational opportunities, including occupational education, without regard to sex, race, color, national origin or handicap.
