The  Trung Sisters

Prepare to take a ride back to Ancient Vietnam where there are battles, deaths, and great leaders! Two of these leaders were the Trung sisters.

The Trung sisters Trung Trace and Trung Nhi were the daughters of Vietnamese Lord.  Trung Trac husband (a powerful lord) was killed under the order of a Chinese governor Chiao Chi. When this happened the sisters formed rebellion. They got 80,000 men and women to fight, 24 women were generals including their mother. The reason for rebellion was because of taxes the Chinese enforced.

Unfortunately the sisters committed suicide. It is said that the sisters committed suicide by drowning themselves in a river. Other people say ''they rose into the clouds'' ( jumped off a building). The sisters death tragic sonly after the death of  the Trung sisters their campaign was lost.
