She is the youngest player to get a gold medal. Her position is forward. She was
born in Memphis, Tennessee on May 8, 1978. She is 5' 11", one of the
tallest players on the team. She began training with the U.S. National Team in
1995 when she was just seventeen. She is the youngest soccer player on the team.
She gave up all the kid stuff to play soccer, graduating from high school in
three years. She dedicated her life to soccer.
