BACKRose O' Donnell
Rosie was
born on March 21, 1962 in Commack, New York. Her mom's name was Roseanna and her
dad's name was Edward O' Donnell. People call her the queen of nice because she
is nice to kids and grown-ups. She liked to play lots of sports as a child. Her
mom died of cancer when she was 10.Her dad never told how her mom died until she
got older. At talent shows she would make jokes and lots of people laughed .Her
big break was in 1984 she moved to Los Angeles and started show business. Her
first TV role was on Gimme a Break in 1986. In 1992 she was in A League of
Their Own. And in 1994 she was Betty Rubble in The Flintstones. Now she has her
own talk show. Rosie is nice to people and she makes them laugh.
