Oh, another Abraham Lincoln article! No this is about Mary Todd Lincoln. Yeah!

Mary Todd Lincoln was born on December 13, 1818. Her parents were Elisa Parker and Robert Smith. They were from Kentucky. Before Mary turned seven her mom died while having one of many children. Mary's father remarried. Mary went to Shelby Female Academy. Mary was 5 foot 2 inches tall, she had blue eyes and long brown hair. She was very smart and considered one of the best in her class. On November 4, 1842 Mary married Abraham Lincoln. At first Mary, said Abraham Lincoln was a, "poor nobody." Abraham loved Mary very much. They had three sons. She named her first son Robert. When Abraham was assassinated in 1865 she was very depressed. Those sad feelings stayed with her for the next 17 years. In 1882 she died in her sister's home in Springfield, Illinois.
