North Dakota
by Sandro

From Minnesota I drove west to North Dakota. I stopped just over the border in Fargo, the state's largest city. From there I drove west to the state capital, Bismarck. There was sure a lot of wheat growing on all the farms.  Bismarck is on the Missouri River. I was luck it was summer time because in the winter it is very, very cold here. I drove north to visit Minot and see the state fair. There was a rodeo going on in Dickinson as I headed south. There was roping and riding. It really looked like fun. Then I visited the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It is in the Badlands. I saw bison, prairie dogs, and elk. It was such a beautiful place to visit. North Dakota has sure been fun. I'm off the South Dakota.
