On a chilly and Sunny morning I took a nature walk along the paths at the Stone Barns. In the distance I could hear birds chirping. When I touched the dill it felt smooth and rubbery. I took a deep breath and smelled its spicy aroma. I enjoyed watching the brown horses running in the pasture!
