The Beautiful Wave
By Zachary

I was on Sunny Bay. The gentle breeze passed by me, and the sun shone as brightly as a gold coin. The waves were rising. I sat watching them come slowly into the shore. There was a beautiful wave that was as big as a box. That was a sight I'll never forget. I rolled it up and put it in a jar. In the sunlight, it glistened, and in the moonlight it sparkled

I took it home and put it on the highest shelf in my room. The beautiful wave stayed up there for about two years and still shone like a charm until I decided to let it go. Accidentally, I dropped it on a rock. Smack! It broke and I never saw another one like it ever again in my life. The next day the sun was shining brighter than ever and there was my wave, waving to me.
