Whoosh, whoosh. I heard a sound as I was walking through the cornfield on a golden, sunny autumn day. In the far away distance I saw a shadowy figure swaying in the wind holding a broom. When I got closer I blinked several times. It was almost as big as a cornstalk! The hat was perched on top of his gray, fuzzy, soft, head with whiskers that shone like gold. I looked closely at the shadowy figure's red and green ragged scarf. He wore it with an orange hand me down shirt with pale yellow pants and patches covering the holes. I was surprised to see light coffee brown straw sticking out of his arms and legs. The light blue diamond eyes were gleaming like the moonlight. I glanced at the pink pointy triangle nose. I peered at her crooked smiling magenta mouth. As she stood right in front of me I realized it was a friendly scarecrow!
