Whoosh, Whoosh! I
heard a sound as I was walking through the cornfield on a golden, sunny, autumn
day. I looked very closely in the cornfield I saw a figure in the middle of the
field. I was very scary at first but as I got closer it appeared to be friendly.
So I went in the cornfield. The mysterious figure had green eyes. I couldn't
help but notice the soft, smooth, red velvet scarf snug around her neck. I
looked closer and noticed a pumpkin design in middle of her scarf. I caught a
glimpse of a stitched mouth. It was a happy mouth! The figure had such shiny
lips they almost glowed! It made me laugh when I saw her red tongue sticking out
of her mouth. She wore a pink magenta shirt with a yellow star right in the
center. I couldn't help but notice blue pants with stripes. As I got even closer
I realized it was a friendly scarecrow!
