Pony Express
 for Kids

Welcome to the Pony Express for Kids! The Pony Express was a mail company way back in the 1860s. It was created to deliver the mail faster than stage coaches. The Pony Express only lasted for a year and a half because the telegraph took its place. We read a story in our anthology called "The Pony Express." We were so interested in what we read that we asked our teachers if we could make a website for other kids to read because there are not many websites about the Pony Express for kids. We made the timeline by drawing our pictures on paper and then drawing using Kid Pix. We liked both drawings so much we decided to post both of them. We hope you enjoy our work!
