Thanksgiving is a turkey,
cider and stuffin’, pumpkin
pies and maybe a muffin.
Thanksgiving is a time to remember
the Pilgrims who survived
September until December.
Thanksgiving is a time to think
of the people long ago,
the great pilgrims
that we do not know.
Thanksgiving is a time
for all to celebrate this
great season in the fall.
Thanksgiving is a time
for me to surround
myself with my family.
