My Life with a Wave
By Jean
One sunny day I went to a beach in California. There were big waves crashing down above me. I got a bucket quickly to get a wave because I thought it would be fun. The sand was sparkling on my feet and I heard people talking, guards whistling and seagulls quacking. After I heard all of that, I brought my wave home. It was so wild. I tried to let it go out of the window! It was shining so beautifully I couldn't let it go. My mother was amazed by the wave. I realized that the wave was mean. It broke my window and it flooded the bathroom, I couldn’t believe what I saw. I opened the door and got a bucket so I can put the wave in. I brought it to the beach and went home.
