This rockin' region is named for the St. Lawrence River and Lake Champlain. St. Lawrence Champlain Lowland connects the Atlantic Ocean and the Great Lakes. Some important cities are Massena, Malone, Potsdam, Plattsburgh, and Ogdensburg. The region that borders St. Lawrence Champlain Lowland is the Adirondack Upland.
