Sun2.wmf (14850 bytes) Once there were two brothers and two sisters. The brothers were tall with midnight black hair. The sisters were also tall with angel like, blonde hair. They lived North East in the Mohawk tribe. The sisters were kind to the brothers although their brothers were cruel to the sisters. The sisters were sick and tired of their brothers.

Birdfly.wmf (9156 bytes) The next day the sisters went to the Creator and asked him if the girls could have wings and the boys could have fins. The girls could fly in the sky, and the boys could swim through the sea. The Creator said, "Yes, but only on one condition. Since there is no sun you shall fly to the God of Light and get the sun. Then you shall put it in the sky." The two sisters flew to the God of Light and got the sun, then they put it in the sky. They succeeded.

Fish2.wmf (1664 bytes) The boys however were swimming around saying, "Curse those sisters!" In the mean time the sisters were flying up in the sky enjoying a nice cool breeze and seeing the whole world.

 

Lesson: Always be kind to your siblings.
