November
Third grade enjoyed reading In November, by Cynthia Rylant so much that we decided to focus on our own ideas of what November means to us. Each child used the Four Square Writing Method to brainstorm and organize their writing. They used the book's beautiful illustrations to spark their imaginations, too. Although the children experience November in a different way, they all seem to enjoy this special time of year.
