A Cold Night in Winter

First Graders’ writing has begun to take off with the arrival of winter! We read the book North Country Night by Daniel San Souci and were inspired to write our own "cold night in winter" stories. We made beautiful pictures using oil pastel crayons, chalk, and white splatter paint to accompany our writing.
