As part of the work
in a six week computer class the 8th Grade students at Pocantico Hills School
choose a year from a specific decade to examine in detail. Using electronic
sources, print material, and the Internet they will create a web page with
Internet links to each of those events. The purpose of the work is to become
adept at using search engines effectively and critically examining those
resources they discover on the internet-not an easy task. If you feel we left out something "very
important" please let us know.
Meanwhile, enjoy your visit!
