This morning, Sarah woke us up and asked if we would teach her how to ride a horse. Caleb said "Sure we will do it."

We went outside and saw papa working outside too. We told papa that we were going to teach Sarah how to ride a horse. I started to saddle Old Bess and Sarah said nicely, "I would like to ride Jack." I said "We will start with Old Bess and then we'll go on to Jack."

I got on old Bess and said ''watch me''! I started to walk and then trotting and then galloping. I showed her how to post walk and post trot. Then she tried it on Jack. Jack bucked her off and luckily she didn't get hurt. After she learned how to ride a horse, we all went inside and drew a picture of the sea with the colored pencils that Sarah gave us. The pencils the color of the sea.
