W.E.B. Du Bois

W.E.B. Du Bois was born on February 23, 1968 in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. He was a human rights leader, a teacher, and an author.
Du Bois earned a scholarship to Harvard University and then studied in Europe. He also worked to help Africans gain their rights. He died in 1963 at the age of 94, after fighting for equal rights.
