One terrible day a devastating earthquake hit Puerto Rico. Our burrow collapsed and we couldn't rebuild. We can't find a family to take us in as pets. The days are getting longer and the sun is burning Kristen and I. My Dad told my Mom that we need shelter because Hurricane Floyd is going to rip threw Puerto Rico.
As the wind blows harder we know that the Hurricane is getting closer. Kristen and I are getting scared.
Dad said that we're almost in the countryside. Now that we made it to the countryside to nice citizens Puchy and Victor took us in as pets. Dad and I are helping Victor with boarding up the house by carrying board panels on our backs. Now we have the house boarded up and just in time. The hurricane has passed. We now have too nice owners.
