The
Group Of Condors by Rao This story takes place in a quiet, peaceful, forest. All the condors were playing hide-and-seek. When they ended the game, all the condors went looking for lunch. The condors ate carrion and salmon. The condors spent hours cleaning up themselves which is something they did once in a while. The next day in the afternoon, they all played tag. They ate red meat for lunch which made it a nice and tasty meal. There was one condor who was left out because of the way he acted. He was an ugly and awkward looking condor unlike the other ones. All the other condors had a bare head, a white wing mark, large feet with long toes and claws and a small head. Matt had a friend named Keith. He was cool and he was younger than Matt. Matt was eleven years old. The condors became sexually mature at the age of six and they started breeding after age 7 or 8 years. The condors lived in caves, trees, grounds and other places. The condors were always nervous about their parents laying eggs what they usually do each year. The next day they ate a deer for lunch and when it was dawn, they flew around in the forest. They ate well and had good sleep. However, their parents didnt care what their children did. The next day the condors flew around to see who is the fastest. Mark was another condor who was nice to Matt. They all went around 45 miles per hour. After a while Mark was flying very fast than any other condor around him. The others were astonished to see him in shape because they didnt really know about him. The others condors now understood him. Mark flew the fastest, so the only thing he asked for was to make peace and trust their condor group. The others followed his rule and they were nice even to Matt. |
