Deep in the desert of Saudi Arabia there lived a family of Arabian Oryxes, a father, a mother, and baby boy. They look like white antelope, with long straight horns, black markings on the legs and face, moderately long legs, broad hooves, and tasseled tail. When they were giving birth, the sneaky coyote was watching them giving birth and saw the baby oryx He waited until the dad left to go eat some grasses or fruits and herbs and some shoots. The coyote ran towards the baby. He bit the baby in the leg. Then the mom charged at the coyote and sliced his tail with her horns. Arabian Oryxes aren't normally active during the day but this one was angry during the time because the coyote was going to eat her baby. Then came along a poacher and he spotted the coyote and started following him, hoping the coyote would lead him to the oryx family so he can both kill the coyote and the oryx family for their furs.

The poacher got to the desert family."

So they walked through the desert of Saudi Arabia and found the oryx family and the poacher hid in a sand pile. And the poacher saw the dad oryx and shot him in the ribs while the coyote ran towards the baby but the mom and baby ran and got away.

The poacher made a coat out of the dad oryx. A week later the poacher and coyote went hunting again and they saw a herd of oryxes, up to 10-20 animals, equal number of males and females and they started stampeding towards the poacher. The poacher fired his rifle but he only killed two oryxes before they ran over him and he was crushed. The coyote got away and he saw a hollow that was dug by the mom oryx with her hooves and horns. Inside he saw the baby and he was just about to eat him when the mom came and stomped on him and crushed him. The mom and baby stayed with that herd since then and felt proud and happy with the herd.
