Global Warming

Global Warming is serious because it causes things on our planet like heat waves, unusually warm weather, ocean warming, sea-level rise, coastal flooding, glaciers melting, Arctic and Antarctic warming, earlier spring arrival, droughts and fires, and flooding. On February 2, 2007, the United Nations scientific panel studying climate change declared "that the evidence of a warming trend is the driving force over the last 50 years."  There has been flooding in Bangladesh.  Countries close to sea level, like Bangladesh and other countries at sea level could have their coasts and become islands.
