The Sea Otter

Sea otters live in shallow coastal waters of the northern Pacific Ocean. They eat shrimp, clams, crabs, fish, and octopus. They swim using webbed feet. Then they are in the water their predators are sharks and bald eagles. On land, their predators are bears and coyotes. They protect themselves by swimming fast and using their sharp claws. Sea otters belong to the weasel family. Sea otter have the thickest fur of any animal.
