Health Journals

On loose-leaf, you will write and react about specific topics (usually pertaining to what we are learning in class) on a weekly basis.

Topics with questions will be given to you and must be answered with some serious thought.  Papers will be collected every friday.  Students will submit.  All students will start with a 100% on their journals; it is up to you to keep those points.  If your journal is not submitted by the due date, you will lose 5 points on that specific journal entry.  If a journal entry is not submitted by the end of the quarter, you will lose an additional 15 points for each one not completed.

Each journal entry is to be hand written on loose-leaf (not notebook paper) in blue or black ink.....Pencil or any other type of ink other than mentioned will have consequences.

Format for each entry is as follows:

Name                                                                                                          Date Due
