Dr. Auriemma joined the Pearl River School District in 1987 as principal of Pearl River Middle School. He moved to assistant superintendent in 1997 and was appointed superintendent in July 2003. As superintendent, Dr. Auriemma reports to the board of education and manages the district's 365 faculty and staff members.
