  • For Warranty Repairs only, the customer must provide a copy of the invoice (not the purchase order) to confirm the initial warranty date.

Found on the front of printer - Examples: LaserJet 5L, DeskJet 692C, 4500M
Model number: Found on the back of printer on a tag - Examples: C4089A, C5316A, C5886A
Serial number (s/n): Found on the back of printer on a tag - Examples: USCB698362, SG78963JK, JPCD122814

**Note: If a Hewlett Packard Printer problem - type, model number AND serial number (s/n) of printer is required.
