• LHRIC provides Parts Service on Hewlett Packard Printers.
  
  
• LHRIC applies labor charges of 1.5 hours to perform onsite HP service, including HP printers with onsite or extended HP warranties.
  
  
• Customers can call HP directly at 1-800-633-3600 to arrange for onsite warranty services.
  
  
• LHRIC recommends that customers purchase an extended warranty when HP offers them for printers with a retail value in excess of $300.
  

On Site Diagnostics
LHRIC hardware technicians will provide on site diagnostics on your HP printer.

• LHRIC will contact HP (from your site) when online analysis is required in order to initiate a request for an on site manufacturers representative.
  
  
• LHRIC value added service also provides for the installation of parts shipped by HP for customers to install.
  
  
• HP reserves the right to send a service technician to your site or to ship the parts for the customer to install. (See your manufacturers warranty for details)
  
  
• HP customers who prefer to perform their own diagnostics and schedule HP service can call HP directly at 1-800-633-3600 to arrange for onsite warranty services

LHRIC will:

• pick up your HP printer
• ship it to HP for repair
• track the shipment and progress of the manufacturers repair
• test the system
• return it to your site.
  

  LHRIC applies a 1.5 hour labor charge for this service to expedite the warranty repair of your HP printers.
