Question 1: Some of my users keep on getting email that could be mistaken for spam even by a human, but they consider those emails legitimate. Can something be done?

Answer: The Whitelist functionality exists to let users receive potentially spam-like messages that they consider legitimate. Have the user configure his/her Whitelist to ensure that these messages don't end up being quarantined.

Question 2: What will happen to my organizationís email should our mail server crash or go down overnight or over a weekend?

Answer: Your GWGuardian server has the ability to SPOOL all your email in the event it cannot deliver them to your mail server. When everything is back up and running, GWGuardian will deliver all the spooled messages depending on the next retry interval.
