Training on the Gale databases available through NOVEL will be held on Friday, May 14th at Scarsdale High School Library. The training will begin promptly at 1:00 P.M. and last until 3:00 P.M. The instructor will be Stacey Knibloe from Thompson-Gale.

NOVEL (New York Online Virtual Electronic Library) is a statewide virtual library provided free to the public by the New York State Library through Federal LSTA funds.

The NOVEL Databases Project is an electronic database access project that enables libraries to give their communities online access to the full text of hundreds of journals, newspapers and other references.
