Becoming Human - This is a complete multimedia documentary experience from the research Institute of Human Origins, at Arizona State University which is dedicated to the recovery and analysis of the fossil evidence for human evolution.

Classroom Integration

  • As an introduction to, or review of, the study of ancient man, have your students take this multimedia journey through four million years of human evolution. This presentation will show: how scientists locate, analyze and interpret fossil records, the changing phisiology of our ancestors and humans came to be the only surviving branch of a diverse family tree.

  • In-depth lesson plans and educational interactive activities in the Learning Center will extend the learning experience.
