The Canadian Falls

The Canadian Falls is also known as the Horseshoe Falls because of its crescent shape. This cataract is 161 feet high and has a crestline of 2592 feet, more than double that of the American. For this reason, the Canadian Falls carries nine times more water than the American Falls and is eroding at a faster pace.

Tourists have the opportunity to view the falls up close in yellow raincoats,
a wet yet inspiring vantage point.
