A BIG THANK YOU

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all the parents who voted to pass the budget. On behalf of the faculty of Anne Hutchinson School, thank you for allowing us to continue to deliver the instructional services to the students with the tools necessary for continued improvement.

Proper Attire

With the warmer weather coming (hopefully), please remember the Dress Code in the Parent-Student Handbook. Note short shorts, mini skirts, tank tops, cut off shirts, halters, belly shirts, backless shoes and high heels are not permitted. Students coming to school improperly dressed will be asked to call parents for a change of clothes.

Play Date Rules

Play dates are not to be arranged during the school day. All after school play dates must be preceded by a note from the parent, submitted to the student’s teacher in the morning. Please make sure the parent of the child your child is going home with also is aware of the play date.

Also, there is no bike riding, skateboarding or scooters allowed on school property. We like to keep a safe environment for the children at Anne Hutchinson – so please discuss these rules with your children. Thank you.

Spring Concert

I’d like to congratulate the students, parents and teachers for an outstanding Spring Concert. The orchestra led by Mrs. Suzanne Greene, showed us that Spring is in the air with the “May Song.” Mr. Joe Petrizzo ‘wowed’ the audience with “Chattanooga Choo Choo and Theme from New York, New York.” Everyone enjoyed the Chorus, especially “Pardon the Expression and The Bare Necessities” directed by Mrs. Katherine Ness. The students certainly made us proud and everyone enjoyed the music. Thank you Mrs. Greene, Mrs. Ness and Mr. Petrizzo for all the hard work. Thanks to the parents for getting their children to school on time for rehearsals, and most of all thank you to the students who performed so well.
