Before you start communicating, become familiar with the features of Outlook. The following illustration shows Outlook displaying the Inbox view (the display can be viewed in different ways):

Logging On with User Name and Password

When you log in to the network you will have access to Outlook by clicking on the Outlook icon on the desktop.

Inbox

The Inbox Viewer is the main window in Outlook. It includes the folder list and the folder contents list. The  folder list is the set of folders that appears on the left side of the Viewer. (See picture above)
