Welcome to the 10th annual Concord Road Science Fair!

Join us in celebrating our students and their efforts in exploring the amazing world of science.  Each year students are invited to submit a project of their own design based on their choice of science themes.  What amazing work we have received over the years, and this year will be even more exciting.

What you can see

The fair is organized by grade, with every 2 to 3 rows representing a grade level.  Signs are in the center isles.  Multimedia projects will be found on the perimeter of the fair, while water projects will be found in the upper grade cafeteria.  Each night an original science song will be presented by Jack Hoffman in the cafeteria.

During the day, classes visit the fair, providing an opportunity for students to share their work with classmates.  The fair is then open in the evening for community viewing.  This further extends authentic learning by providing an opportunity to share knowledge and effort, and build community spirit.

Adopt An Acre Project
Each year we participate in the Adopt An Acre Project, raising funds to help save and protect land by purchasing it for conservation.

Our goal this year:  50 acres in the Rift Valley in East Africa which will secure a school banner of recognition.

Great Rift Valley, East Africa

Working with the Earth Foundation, we save 1 acre for each 10 items we sell.   All items are $14.  This year we are selling   T-shirts to raise funds.  See designs at www.earthfound.com/designs2/index.htm

We saved 33.7 acres in the
Atlantic Rain Forest in Brazil last year
