Hillary Rodham Clinton
Hillary Clinton was born in 1947. She worked after college. She went to law school at Yale University. There she joined groups that studied how to improve the lives of the poor. She worked to help children. She joined groups that helped improve schools and children's health and their well- being. She has also just finished a book on a topic she cares about very much, children. The book is called It takes a Village. Hillary married Bill Clinton in 1975. In 1980, they had a daughter named Chelsea. She is the first lady of the United States. She is still concerned with children being treated right.

Update: Mrs. Clinton became a Senator from New York. She is the first First Lady to be elected to public office. Following her loss to Barack Obama in the democratic presidential primary she served as Secretary of State in his administration.
