Tradesmen in Colonial America

Below are just some of the many trades from America's Colonial period. Many trades had apprentices who learned their craft while working for a tradesmen. An apprentice was usually 13 - 15 years old and would train without pay for seven years with a craftsman. Click on a trade below to read all about it!
