December is a terrific month because of Christmas, vacation from school, and playing in the snow.

Christmas is a great time of year. I stare at all the amazing and different colored lights and decorations. I hear the loud sound of paper getting thrown all around. I enjoy shopping for great gifts for others.

I feel glad when it snows. I felt the freezing cold snow while I build a giant fort. I hear the loud sound of people getting hit by snowballs. I feel excited when I go zooming down the hill on my amazing sled.

It feels great when we have vacation from school. I look closely at all the excited children playing in the snow. I hear the loud sound of cheering because we have no homework or school.

As you can see December is a terrific month because Christmas, vacation and playing in the snow.
