December is My Favorite Time of Year

December is my favorite time of year because I celebrate Christmas, spend time with my family, and I like the winter season.

I favor Christmas. I gasp when I see the lovely presents on Christmas morning. It is hard to ignore the ripping sound of people opening their loved presents. Christmas afternoon I like to play in the cold, white snow.

My family is special because they make delicious hot chocolate. They buy me warm clothing and  give me wonderful presents that I like.

Winter is awesome because you can go out and ice skate, snow board, go sledding, and ski. In the distance I can hear children happily screaming in the snow.

As you can see, December is my favorite time of year because we celebrate Christmas, being with my family, and the winter season.
