The Hastings Alternative School Program is a voluntary alternative “school within a school” at Hastings.  HASP seeks to provide an enriched education for every student.  With less than ten students per classroom, the Hastings Alternative School Program offers a family atmosphere with an emphasis on learning and success.  English and Social Studies are taught across all high school grade levels in addition to one Science and one Math class.  HASP also features mentoring, an accountability point system, field trips, and bi-monthly “community meetings”.
